The nlyte® system models all of your network devices and their relationships to other assets within your datacenter. Port-to-Port relationships are modeled between all assets in the network chain, ensuring physical relationships are correctly mapped between the devices.

Graphical physical network mapping
Using the nlyte® advanced network management utilities, you can view and edit the attributes of network connections and relationships your network devices. These intuitive graphical interfaces make it easy for you to manage and track the precise port-to-port connections throughout the network chain.
nlyte® automatically updates the network asset summary and port connections grids to help you create and manage the relationships between network devices

nlyte® allows you to modify connection properties between network cards on servers and the network device; using the port connection editor you can select ports on destination network assets. nlyte® enables you to view and manage the attributes of each connection: end point IP and MAC addresses, port name, connection speed, connection and cable type. All of which allows you to build an extensive network chain which automatically includes devices whenever you connect them.

With nlyte®’s colour-coded Port Connection Editor you can consume connections on destination network assets and create port-to-port relationships

Network relationship navigator
To help you navigate the network chains within your datacenter, nlyte® provides a graphical network navigator. From a scrolling list, you can select and display the properties of any network asset connected to your device within the network and open the record to see details of the network chain.

With nlyte®’s Linear Network Relationships Navigator you can follow and view the connections between each of the network assets on the linear network of your device
