With more than 20 years experience of implementing software applications and packages, Mick is responsible for all Customer implementations of nlyte® throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. His implementation experience includes projects in Utilities, Government, Telecommunications and Data center business sectors, worldwide.
Previously, Mick was a founding member of Intec Telecom Systems which he helped to grow from 25 people to a 1,600 global market leader in telecommunications Business Support(BSS)/Operational Support(OSS) applications.
Mick was Technical Services Manager at Texas Instruments Software where he worked in the International and Distributor Services departments working both directly with Customers and with Partners.
Mick holds the PRINCE2 Practitioner project management qualification.
