Jonathan Hobday joined GDCM in 2006. With 20 years experience in the software industry, Jonathan previously spent four years as Regional Vice President of Sales at CA in the UK. He has acquired various skills in large and small IT companies including the start-up environment at Chronicle Solutions and European Systems Analysts, holding the positions of Managing Director, and CEO respectively and then subsequently COO.
Jonathan has a BSc Honours degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering with Mathematics from the University of Reading. Jonathan is a Full Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Engineering Council.

Richard is the Channel Sales Director for Global DataCenter Management; responsible for partnerships and strategic alliances globally. Richard heads an international team of experienced channel sales executives from the London HQ. Richard joined GDCM in early 2006 and has been actively recruiting, training and managing their global network of partners.
During his 23 year career in sales, Richard lead enterprise sales initiatives for MicroStrategy, Veritas and Xerox in addition to a period in which he formed and ran his own IT company.

With more than 20 years experience of implementing software applications and packages, Mick is responsible for all Customer implementations of nlyte® throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. His implementation experience includes projects in Utilities, Government, Telecommunications and Datacenter business sectors, worldwide.
Previously, Mick was a founding member of Intec Telecom Systems which he helped to grow from 25 people to a 1,600 global market leader in telecommunications Business Support(BSS)/Operational Support(OSS) applications.
Mick was Technical Services Manager at Texas Instruments Software where he worked in the International and Distributor Services departments working both directly with Customers and with Partners.
Mick holds the PRINCE2 Practitioner project management qualification.

Daniel's previous experience includes the roles of Vice President, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at IBM (Micromuse), Lucent Technologies, International Telecom Services Ltd, and Reptron Electronics where he has been responsible for sales and marketing, business development (M&A), operations, finance, product development and support. Most recently he was Vice President at Visual Network Design (Rackwise).
Daniel has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) and Social Psychology from San Diego State University, in addition to a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), from National University.
