Becoming a GDCM Partner
We are currently looking for new partners to work with us to promote our nlyte® datacenter management solutions to known prospects from their own customer base. Therefore we are specifically looking for partners who are active in companies that have large datacenter environments who are facing capacity planning, environmental planning, virtualization and energy saving issues.
Our goal is to register resellers in four categories:
Integration Partner
GDCM Integration Partners will need to deliver the highest value to their customers and demonstrate expertise in the nlyte® solution set, consistently achieving revenue targets and attaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Integration Partners are expected to prospect, manage and conclude end-user business with minimal intervention from GDCM. Following the pre-requisite training an Integration Partner will be provided sufficient skills to demonstrate the key functionality and reiterate the business benefits of the nlyte® product. They will also organize and manage any 'Proof of Benefit' (Product Trial) requirements, be able to implement the nlyte® solution and if required provide 1st level support functions.
Resale Partner
GDCM Resale Partners will need to deliver a sufficient level of expertise into the Datacenter marketplace and have a high measurable level of customer satisfaction.
GDCM Resale Partners are expected to prospect, manage and conclude end-user business with minimal intervention from GDCM, but are not expected to implement or support the solution. During the pre-requisite training a Resale Partner will be provided sufficient skills to demonstrate the key functionality and reiterate the business benefits of the nlyte® product. They will use GDCM's Professional Services team to implement any 'Proof of Benefit' (Product Trial) requirements and the final purchased solution and pass back all support functions to GDCM.
Marketing Partner
GDCM Marketing Partners are looking to achieve success in the marketplace with GDCM solutions. A Marketing Partner will have access to their own customer base and are interested in increasing the breadth of their own business through the introduction of GDCM solutions. Marketing Partners are expected to introduce nlyte® to prospects that have expressed an interest in datacenter management solutions, either through their own sales channel or by a potential customer's request. The basic business benefit training is provided by GDCM to help the partner to identify prospective clients. GDCM Direct Sales Force will accompany the partner to a prospect's site and will demonstrate the solution, write the resulting proposal and manage the entire sales process. GDCM will also operate any 'Proof of Benefit' (Product Trial) requirements and the final purchase and support contracts. Compensation will be via a 'finder’s fee' agreement.
Implementation Partner
GDCM Implementation Partners are expected to be able to train on the nlyte® product set to achieve a level that will enable them to install and implement nlyte® solutions at client sites in our main geographic regions. We would be particularly interested in working with organization who have ITIL compliant expertise.
