GDCM and President Systems announce strategic partnership to launch nlyte® in India | Print |  Email

Global DataCenter Management (GDCM), the leading provider of data centre management solutions has announced a strategic partnership with APW President Systems, a provider of data centre infrastructure, to distribute its nlyte® solution across India. APW President Systems will be solely responsible for engaging new customers in the region, managing local implementation and providing ongoing support.

nlyte® is aimed at helping organisations achieve a complete view of their data centres, allowing them to intelligently manage power consumption, reduce greenhouse emissions and increase the lifetime of assets, among other benefits.

Solution from Global DataCenter Management (GDCM) supports smooth transition to new remote facility | Print |  Email

Global DataCenter Management has announced it will work with ProQuest, a Cambridge Information Group company, to support the relocation of part of its data centre facilities. The company will move its production systems to a remote facility 500 miles from its current data operations centre and will implement the nlyte solution to ensure continuous service and a successful transition of current and new data centre assets during and after the move.

International growth bolstered by multi-million dollar investment from Balderton Capital

London, 16 June 2008 – Leading Data Centre Management Company, GDCM, has secured a multi-million dollar investment from Balderton Capital, the leading international venture capital firm. The investment will be used to accelerate the company’s international growth. Bernard Liautaud, previously chairman and chief strategy officer at Business Objects, and Tim Bunting, Partners at Balderton Capital will join the firm as non-executive directors.
